Job Description
Assist in the design and/or merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display/sale or in response to customer requests. Provide various customer services, including greeting customers, designing and creating floral arrangements, and handling customer records and files.
Requirements
- Assist and greet customers promptly and provide them with great service
- Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions
- Help design and create floral arrangements and/or other items to fill customer orders
- Maintain customer records and files properly
- Handle telephone calls and orders promptly and courteously
- Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
