Assist the store manager with daily tasks, maximize financial performance, and create an emotional connection with customers through engagement and communication.

- Display merchandise and promotional materials
- Advise customers on quality, cuts, and/or value of jewelry and gems
- Estimate repairs and inspect/clean customer jewelry
- Perform watch battery replacements and band adjustments
- Suggest designs for custom jewelry
- Follow receiving and processing procedures
- Maintain overstock/understock conditions
- Maintain daily/weekly sales and take appropriate action
- Respond to customer comments/complaints
- Participate in inventory process
- Complete case counts
- Assist with and process time and attendance
- Develop staff scheduling and enter weekly work schedule for associates
- Assist with special maintenance arrangements for location
- Maintain flexibility to work any shift
- Travel to other store locations to provide back-up coverage
