Provide exceptional customer service, provide health and wellness services, and assist pharmacist in responsibilities except those requiring a pharmacist’s professional judgement.
Requirements
- Comply with local, state and federal regulations
- Maintain departmental standards
- Count, measure and prepare specified product
- Complete billing procedures
- Answer phone and triage calls
- Understand and adhere to guidelines on accepting and tendering vendor coupons
- Provide a stellar customer experience
