Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service, provide health and wellness services, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Assist pharmacist in responsibilities and support company health and wellness initiatives.
Requirements
- Comply with local, state and federal regulations
- Maintain departmental standards
- Understand and perform ordering functions
- Count, measure and prepare specified product
- Complete billing procedures
- Answer phone and triage calls
- Understand and adhere to guidelines on accepting and tendering vendor coupons
- Operate the cash register and follow all cashier handling policies
- Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations
