Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service and perform various tasks as a Pharmacy Technician, including providing health and wellness services, maintaining inventory, and handling cash transactions. Assist the pharmacist in responsibilities and support company health and wellness initiatives.
Requirements
- Comply with local, state and federal regulations
- Maintain departmental standards
- Count, measure and prepare specified product
- Complete billing procedures
- Answer phone and triage calls
- Understand and follow guidelines on accepting and tendering vendor coupons
- Operate the cash register and follow cashier handling policies
- Provide a stellar customer experience
- Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist’s professional judgement
