Provide exceptional customer service, provide health and wellness services, and maintain departmental standards as a Pharmacy Technician at Kroger.
Requirements
- Comply with local, state and federal regulations
- Maintain departmental standards
- Count, measure and prepare specified product
- Answer phone and triage calls
- Understand and follow company guidelines on computerized inventory management
- Adhere to guidelines on accepting and tendering vendor coupons
- Follow company guidelines on the operation of the cash register
- Provide a stellar customer experience
- Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist’s professional judgement
