Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service and provide direct patient intervention by providing health and wellness services and experiences relevant to the patient. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Requirements
- Comply with local, state and federal regulations
- Maintain departmental standards
- Count, measure and prepare specified product
- Complete billing procedures
- Answer phone and triage calls
- Understand and follow the company guidelines on computerized inventory management
- Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist’s professional judgement
- Support company health and wellness initiatives
- Put away legend orders, including Central Fill deliveries
- Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
- Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
