Job Description
The Privacy Governance Lead is responsible for managing the Privacy Governance team and ensuring the effective execution of the company’s privacy governance program.
Requirements
- Manage the Privacy Governance team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee the Privacy Governance team’s provision of privacy subject matter expertise and consulting across the enterprise.
- Lead the execution of privacy impact assessments and privacy by design reviews as required.
- Identify privacy risks across business units and coordinate with the Chief Privacy Officer on how to best mitigate those risks.
- Assist with the development and implementation of privacy policies, procedures, and training programs.
