PRODUCE/DEPT LEADER

The Produce/Dept Leader is responsible for implementing company policies to achieve maximum sales and profits in the produce departments. They will also be responsible for supervising produce department personnel, maintaining store security, and handling customer complaints.

Requirements

• Develop maximum customer relations through personal example and implementation of company policies
• Supervise all aspects of salad bar operations
• Maintain personable, clean and neat appearance of departmental people
• Plan, organize, direct, and control the activities of the produce department
