As a Staff Pharmacist, create an outstanding customer experience, achieve sales and profit goals, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Demonstrate company core values and adhere to pharmacy standards.
Requirements
- Fulfill customers' prescription needs
- Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care
- Ensure pharmacies comply with all local, state and federal laws
- Maintain a professional image
- Achieve a thorough knowledge of the trade area
- Create a positive pharmacy department image
- Monitor stock replenishment and inventory levels
- Maintain proper records and security on all scheduled drugs
- Follow procedures for handling pharmacy products
- Ensure accuracy tools are utilized appropriately
- Establish/maintain record keeping practices
- Maintain a clean, neat work area
- Ensure all product returns are handled in a timely fashion
- Maintain all equipment and software
- Maintain and organize policy manuals and reference books
- Maintain proper signage
- Broaden personal knowledge and pharmacy skills
