We are a family-owned business and one of the largest beverage providers in Germany, looking for a Sales Leader to grow our wholesale business in Bavaria. The successful candidate will be responsible for regional sales and budget planning, leading a team of 9 regional sales managers, and securing long-term sales of our successful brands.

Requirements

• Degree in economics or completed vocational training in retail
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or sales in the beverage or consumer goods industry in the off-trade sector
• Leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop a team
