Credit Underwriter

Kroo is seeking a skilled Credit Underwriter to join their growing team. The successful candidate will assess consumer credit applications, use open banking data and credit bureau insights to make sound lending decisions, and contribute to the development and improvement of underwriting processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in a credit underwriting or credit risk environment
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, affordability assessment, and credit risk principles
• Practical experience analysing open banking data for income verification and affordability is highly desirable
• Experience working with near-prime lending cases
