Controller

Kruze Consulting is seeking a Controller to join their team of accounting professionals. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of corporate accounting experience and expertise in full-cycle accounting, month-end close, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. The role will involve planning, directing, coordinating, and executing all aspects of financial management, accounting, and consulting processes for startup clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting
• 8+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Accounting experience in a multi-client environment
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles
• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, U.S. GAAP, laws, standards, and state/national regulations
• Solid experience with QuickBooks Online (certification a plus)
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet software (MS Excel and Google Sheets)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
