Regional Gene Therapy Liaison - East Coast

The Regional Gene Therapy Liaison will be a highly motivated, field-based professional who places a strong value on accountability, collaboration, and patient-centricity. This individual is a results-driven sales professional who utilizes their role to build trust with both internal and external stakeholders while executing against defined regional and territory objectives.

Requirements

• Strong patient-first mindset
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience, with at least 1+ year of pharmaceutical sales experience required
• Experience in specialty, hospital, or complex selling environments is a plus
• Exposure to complex reimbursement environments and multi-stakeholder selling models
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage a territory, and consistently deliver strong performance against objectives
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both virtual and in-person settings
• Ability to work independently in a high-travel role (≥75% overnight and regional travel)
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Must reside within or near the assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license required
