Job Description
We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. We're searching for an experienced team leader to help our Sales, Marketing and Customer Solutions teams develop strategies, programs and define detailed creative proposals to offer our partners, advertisers and agencies.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or above
- 8+ years of experience with Project Management within creative industry or department
- 5+ years hiring, training and managing teams of high-performance individuals
- Fluent in Portuguese and English. Knowledge in Spanish is a plus
- Strong passion for visual storytelling via photography, videography and/or animation
- Excellent storytelling, verbal and written communications skills
- Organized, structured and flexible. Able to work with a fast-paces growing start up
- Able to think big and apply that to the wide range of opportunities – from individual campaign ideas to full on, long-standing content franchises
- Entrepreneurial – this team is inventing every day and it takes tenacity, bravery and the ability to see the big opportunities to thrive
- Strategic – Deep understanding of brand marketing and how to build brilliant strategies across multiple verticals
- Creative – Able to think big and apply that to the wide range of opportunities – from individual publishing ideas to campaign ideas to full on, long-standing platforms
