Requirements

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury and/or general liability and presuit experience
• Basic medical knowledge
• Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures
