Job Description
KUBRA is hiring a UX Researcher to help shape meaningful, user-centered experiences. The role involves uncovering what truly matters to users and translating insights into impactful product decisions. The successful candidate will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to turn curiosity into clarity and guide the creation of intuitive, effective, and valuable experiences.
Requirements
- Conduct exceptional user experience research
- Provide high-quality insights to help discover, innovate, identify, and validate ideas through collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, recruit for and conduct mixed-methods research methodologies, and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations and advocate research findings to diverse audiences via presentations or async documentation
- Advocate for user-centered design, aligning design decisions with user needs and business goals
- Actively contribute to the optimization of UX research processes and workflows to improve research efficiency
