We're looking for a Marketing & Creative Operations Lead to own how creative work gets done at Kuda. You'll sit at the centre of our creative ecosystem, working with multiple teams to ensure work is well-briefed, prioritised correctly, planned realistically, reviewed clearly, signed off on time, and reported transparently.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in creative operations, marketing operations, traffic management, creative production or similar roles
- Strong experience working with creative teams (designers, copywriters, producers) in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to design and run processes that bring clarity, structure and predictability to creative work
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders, facilitate trade-offs and say “no” (or “not yet”) constructively
