Controls Service Engineer

We are seeking a Controls Service Engineer to provide technical assistance, solution development, and onsite integration to customers for the Swisslog Controls Solutions. The role involves troubleshooting, investigations, enhancements, and optimizations, as well as rotational out-of-hours second-line support. Some customers will be your extended responsibility, and you will manage yearly site-visits, contracts, software, and documentation.

Requirements

• Academic diploma and/or practical experience in electrical / controls engineering
• Industrial experience with knowledge of Beckhoff Twincat
• Knowledge of reading and understanding electrical schematic drawings
• Experience in managing subcontractors delivering electrical installations and controls systems
• Excellent skills in German and English
