Job Description
Swisslog is seeking a Controls Service Engineer to provide support to customers, troubleshooting, investigations, and optimizations. The role involves rotating shift hours, managing site visits, software documentation, project involvement, and contributing with expertise in PLC/HMI systems. It's a rotational position involving site visits within Italy and EMEA and potential working at customer locations.
Requirements
- Academic diploma and/or practical experience in the field of electrical/controls engineering.
- Industrial experience with knowledge of Siemens S7/TIA and/or Beckhoff Twincat.
- Knowledge of reading and understanding electrical schematic drawings.
- Experience in managing subcontractors for electrical installations and controls systems.
- Experience in Intralogistics and industrial warehouse systems (Conveyors, cranes etc.).
- It is meritorious if you have experience of Intralogistics and industrial warehouse systems.
