Job Description
Customer desk officer responsible for coordinating order fulfillment, tracking order status, and providing direct customer communication. The role involves technical, commercial, and tax responsibility within the scope of order fulfillment.
Requirements
- University Degree
- Technical skills, understanding product structure and combinatoric (product, configuration)
- Commercial, tax and customs knowledge
- SCM process know-how
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills (German is a plus)
