Job Description
Customer Support Engineer - AMR position at KUKA Hungária Kft. in Budapest, HU. Provide technical support for KUKA AMR products, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with R&D and Product Management teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technologies, or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience in automation systems and networks
- Fluency in Hungarian and very good English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High customer orientation and ability to work independently
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
