Requirements

• Several years of experience in the independent processing of technical projects in plant construction, automation, or in the robotics-related environment
• A solid technical understanding, for example, in automation technology, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
• The ability to accurately capture technical requirements from the customer and translate them into practical solutions
• A structured, analytical way of working and the competence to manage multiple projects in parallel safely
• Sovereign appearance in customer contact and clear, binding communication
• First experience as a leader or the motivation to take responsibility for a team and further develop the engineering department
• Very good German language skills in word and writing
