Strategic Program Manager (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Program Manager who will lead strategic initiatives for the development and market introduction of our new products, combining product management and project management to ensure successful implementation of product development and innovative market introduction strategies.

Requirements

• Master or PhD in engineering or a related field
• Several years of experience in project management in the fields of industrial automation, robotics, or technology with proven success in leading complex company-wide projects
• Several years of experience in product management, including market introduction strategies and sales channel development
• Experience in product management for complex mechatronics and software products
• Experience with internet or AI products is an asset
• Successful implementation of several products - from product idea to commercial success
• Proven success in managing products with intense customer interaction and user experience
• Several years of experience as a people manager or in a leadership position is desirable
• Advanced product management skills
• End-to-End product lifecycle management
• Technology understanding: comprehensive knowledge of key technologies such as robotics, artificial intelligence, IoT, and human-machine interaction
• Advanced project management skills
• Excellent strategic thinking, functional leadership, communication, and coordination skills, as well as team management skills, to achieve consensus and results in complex environments
