As Procurement Manager Destination Services, you will be responsible for the procurement of land services for Balkan countries and build strong relationships with suppliers and tourism organization. You will negotiate rates and conditions, and ensure rate competitiveness of your portfolio. You will also promote new products and maintain strong relations with key suppliers.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in an international procurement, business development, account, or revenue management role, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry
- Strong knowledge of Balkan (cities and countrywide destinations)
- Excellent usage of power point, knowledge of marketing tools is an advantage
- Strong communication skills (written / spoken) in Croatian Native Level (must) & English at business level
- IT proficiency including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (data analysis in Excel and reporting in PowerPoint)
- Solution oriented decision maker with strong business acumen
- Excellent communicator, approachable & good enjoying working in tourism
- Independent worker with positive can-do attitude
- Ability to cope with different levels of stress
- Team player
