Job Description
At Kurt Machining, we are seeking a CNC Machinist II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of machining techniques and CNC operational procedures. They will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating numerically controlled machine tools, performing a series of progressive machining operations on repetitive workpieces. The CNC Machinist II will ensure close and exacting tolerances and finish specifications, and will be required to work from programming instructions, operational data, and machine set up instructions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3 years of related experience
- Ability to perform metric conversions
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings
