Requirements
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and technical requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients, including enterprise-level organizations
- Build rapport with clients through professional relationship management, demonstrating industry knowledge and business acumen
- Create and deliver proof-of-concept (PoC) and proof-of-value (PoV) demonstrations
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure smooth handoff to implementation
- Take full ownership of projects from sale through to completion
- Self-manage deliverables, timelines, and client expectations without relying on external project managers
- Implement our products directly, learning and mastering our tools to deliver solutions independently
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for clients and internal use
- Troubleshoot technical issues and unblock problems proactively
- Become an expert user of our tools and platforms
- Provide feedback and advocate for product improvements based on client needs and implementation experience
- Stay current with product updates and new features
- Contribute to product knowledge base and best practices
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with deliverables
- Act as a trusted advisor on both technical and business matters
