Job Description
Kuvare Services Bermuda Ltd. is seeking an Actuarial Associate to support KSB's continued growth. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering well-explained, accurate and timely analysis supporting financial and regulatory reporting within KSB.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, Risk Management or similar
- ASA designation or equivalent demonstrating strong exam progression
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant actuarial experience, working directly for a life/annuity (re)insurance company or consulting organization
- Experience with a life valuation framework (Bermuda EBS, US GAAP, or US Stat)
- Proficiency in an actuarial software (valuable)
- Experience with Python or R coding
- Working knowledge of annuities and life products
- Working knowledge of insurance company investments
- Strong analysis, critical thinking skills and sound judgement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
- Inquisitive approach, exhibits self-motivation and takes initiative
