Head of Finance & Administration, Kvinna till Kvinna

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to combine strategic leadership with operational development in an international women's rights organisation. As Head of Finance & Administration, you will have overall managerial responsibility for the finance and administration team and work in close collaboration with the programme department.

Requirements

• Several years of senior experience within finance, accounting and financial management
• Documented management experience with staff and work environment responsibility
• Strong knowledge of Swedish accounting legislation, annual reporting and audit processes
• Experience of developing financial systems, routines and internal controls
• Experience of financial reporting to donors and authorities
• Relevant academic degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
