
Job description
Provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure the property is maintained and operated in accordance with KWPM objectives. The Property Manager is the key employee liaison between the client, KW Property Management, and internal support staff.
Manage and operate the community, facilitate solutions to problems within the community, prepare annual budget, analyze and distribute monthly financial statements, maintain property files and records, supervise on-site team members, and establish and maintain collaborative working relationships.
Requires strong management skills, customer service skills, and supervisory skills. Must be able to demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude and constantly strive for improvements in work process and results.
