
Job description
Provide friendly and outgoing customer service to Residents, and serve as a key liaison between guests and Residents. Use computer software to perform various tasks, and demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills.
Receive incoming packages, enter information into resident software, sort and package items, inspect shipments for damages, and deliver packages to Front Desk. Maintain department database, prepare reports, and file shipping/receiving records.
Prior experience in a related position, six months to one year of experience and/or training, and proficiency in MS Office. Bi-lingual a plus, with ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
