The Resident Service Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, maintaining a high-quality experience. This role is a key liaison between guests and residents, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The primary responsibilities include greeting guests, monitoring entrance and departure, coordinating with office staff, and reporting incidents or violations. The coordinator will also maintain key control, report maintenance issues, and track compliance with regulations.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED, some college preferred, and a minimum of six months of related experience. Previous experience in a high-rise property setting is highly desired. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
