Job Description
Provide friendly and outgoing customer service, enforce access control procedures, and monitor traffic within the community. Record traffic and incidents, and report deficiencies to management office. Work in a small structure, indoors or outdoors, with physical demands including sitting, standing, reaching, and lifting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience as a Gatehouse employee
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
