Maintenance Technician

The maintenance technician performs routine maintenance and repairs of mechanical systems and equipment of the building interior and exterior. They contact and schedule vendors and contractors for necessary building repairs and emergencies, maintain a schedule of maintenance, and work in a safe manner.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years general experience in building trades, repair and replacement maintenance or handy-work
• Ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner (within 30 minutes)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
