Requirements

- 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in financial or professional services.
- Proven success in designing and executing campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and cost accountability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into approachable messages.
- Experience managing and mentoring staff, with a track record of fostering quality growth in both people and processes.
- Proficiency with marketing technology, SEO, analytics, and design tools (Adobe Suite and related).
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity in communication, purposeful leadership in initiatives, and approachable professionalism in client and team interactions.
