Job Description
This Assistant Manager position provides comprehensive training to learn store operations, lead employees, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves managing shift scheduling, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. Requirements
- 1-3 years prior management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must be at least 21 (IL) / 18 (WI) or older where required by law for sale of alcohol and tobacco
