Job Description
This position is for an Assistant Manager in a retail or restaurant setting. The role involves providing customer service, managing employee performance, maintaining store operations, and assisting with training and inventory. It requires a professional attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.
Requirements
- 1-3 years prior management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, reach, climb stairs, etc.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be at least 21 (IL) / 18 (WI) or older
- Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol Operator License
