Job Description
This Assistant Manager position is a comprehensive training program for individuals with solid organizational and customer service skills. The role focuses on supporting the Station Manager and ensuring high product quality, while providing excellent employee leadership. The position involves managing customer, employee, and operational aspects of the store.
Requirements
- 1-3 years prior management experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant
- Help manage cash, inventory, fuel, and communication related to pricing changes
- Assist with training, developing, and managing of station employees
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the store
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Good oral and written communication skills
