Job Description
As a station manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of your assigned retail location, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience. This role involves employee leadership, training, inventory management, cash handling, and facility maintenance. The position reports to the District Manager and assists with sales associates and product promotion.
