Job Description
As a station manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a retail location, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a positive buying experience. This role involves employee leadership, effective communication, inventory management, cash handling, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Maintain uninterrupted operation by effectively scheduling staff and being readily available when needed
- Complete all required paperwork
- Maintain appropriate retail stock, fuel, car wash chemical and operating supply levels
- Provide customers with clean, appealing and appropriately stocked facility further ensuring a positive buying experience and safe working environment
- Repair and maintain the facility
- Obtain an Alcohol Beverage Sales Operator’s license
- Maintain a valid Driver's License
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must complete an approved Food Service Sanitation Management course
