Job Description
The Station Manager position focuses on leading store operations at assigned locations, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include employee leadership, effective communication, and maintaining a clean and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The position reports to the District Manager.
Requirements
- Full-time Employment
- Retail Management/Operations experience
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and business skills
- Physical abilities (lifting, carrying, reaching)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol License
