Job Description
As a Station Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining the operation of an assigned retail location, ensuring consistent service and a positive customer experience. Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational ability with solid attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal and business skills
- Minimum 6 years management experience
- Proven motivator with excellent team-building skills
- High School diploma
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Alcohol License
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to stoop, bend, reach above shoulder level and climb.
- Superior customer service skills are mandatory.
