Store Manager in Training (MIT)

The Station Manager in Training program is a fast-track development path for high-potential leaders aiming to manage a Kelley’s Market location. The role involves hands-on training, mentorship, and a full range of operational responsibilities, including team leadership, customer service, and financial management. The manager will be responsible for the store’s performance and daily operations, modeling company values and fostering a positive work culture. Reports directly to the District Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 2+ years of experience in a convenience store, gas station, or retail environment.
• 5+ years of experience handling cash and completing shift reports.
• Ability to coach, train, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math skills and ability to operate POS systems accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
