Job Description
The Station Manager in Training program provides a fast-tracked development path for high-potential retail leaders. This on-site role involves managing store operations, leading team members, maintaining customer service, and ensuring a profitable and safe environment. It requires modeling company values and fostering a positive culture. Upon completion, the Manager is responsible for the daily operations of an assigned location.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5+ years of experience in a convenience store, gas station, or retail environment
- 5+ years of experience handling cash and completing shift reports
- Proven ability to coach, train, and lead teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong math and POS system skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
