Requirements
- Completed university degree in economics, business administration, or comparable qualification
- Comprehensive knowledge of finance and controlling
- Demonstrated professional experience in the field of finance and controlling in a globally operating industrial company (ideally agribusiness) as well as in the international corporate environment
- Very good IT skills (Microsoft applications, SAP, etc.)
- Experience in change management
- Analytical, solution-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent customer orientation and communication skills with different target groups
- High competence in building relationships and stakeholder management
- Enjoyment of operational and strategic work
- Negotiation-secure German and English language skills in writing and speaking
