Requirements
- Central project manager and interface coordinator between sales, marketing, CRM, IT, and external partners
- Translation of business, sales, and customer requirements into scalable digital commerce functionalities
- Take over the Product Owner role with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and stability of B2B commerce platforms and customer portals
- Collection, structuring, and documentation of requirements and user stories (e.g. account-based pricing, reorder, offers)
- Balance between standard platform functions and individual developments
- Prioritization of features and further developments based on business value, customer impact, and technical implementability
- Responsibility for the backlog and ensuring the coordination between departments and development teams
- Ensuring timely delivery within scope, quality, and budget
- Coordination of testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities
