Engagement Lead

The Engagement Lead is responsible for managing multiple engagements, leading project teams, and supporting business development at Kx Advisors.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of strategy consulting, market research, or other relevant project-based work experience
• S. or B.A degree from a top four-year college or university in Science, Health, or Business concentration
• D. or Master’s degree preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred at either of the following: a leading management consulting firm, a Pharmaceutical, BioTech, or Medical Device company
• Business research and analysis experience, with demonstrated ability to synthesize data and draw accurate, logical conclusions
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading workstreams and small project teams
• Demonstrated experience working and presenting to senior business leaders
• Foreign language skills preferred, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent people management skills
