Internal control manager (Digital services)

The Internal Controls team at Kievstar is looking for a colleague who will ensure the full cycle of controls and risk management for the affiliated Group of the company.

Requirements

• Conducting an analysis of business processes to implement key internal controls.
• Ensuring the spread of the internal control system to key financial reporting indicators, internal documents of the Company, and legislative requirements, compliance:
• Analyzing the correspondence of existing controls to risk coverage and initiating the implementation of controls to cover risks.
• Ensuring that internal control designs are coordinated with control owners and supporting the Company's internal control matrix in an up-to-date state.
• Developing a plan for testing internal controls in accordance with the methodology.
• Conducting testing of the effectiveness of internal controls and using these results to optimize the internal control system.
• Analyzing the results of control testing and participating in the development of measures to correct deficiencies for control owners.
• Analyzing identified inefficiencies in terms of potential impact on financial statement manipulation.
• Ensuring the process of providing information and implementing recommendations from external/internal audit based on the results of the audit for the reporting year.
• Preparing and coordinating information on the effectiveness of internal controls with the Risk Management and Internal Control Department Head.
