Job Description
Kyivstar is looking for an experienced manager to lead the Business Analysis department. Responsibilities include management and coordination of reporting systems, business analysis, and strategic directions of the company.
Requirements
- Comprehensive strategic understanding of the company's business
- Experience of managing a team
- Developed analytical skills (ability to analyze complex, large data sets and make analytical conclusions and recommendations)
- Ability to present results and plans at the level of top management, critically analyze the company's business, and influence corrective actions at the level of top management and the Head Office
- Ability to work in conditions of multiplicity, developed skills of building business relations with clients, and developed skills of communication
- Focus on results, responsibility for implementing changes, ability to quickly learn
- Experience of working in an international environment
- Experience of conducting business negotiations
- Fluent SQL
- Experience of analytics CVM campaigns
- Experience of working with Power BI or similar tools
- MS Office programs: confident user of MS Excel and PowerPoint (presentations, reports, think-cell)
- Ability to work with Jira
- English - fluent
