Job Description
Kientzстар is seeking a Legal Advisor to ensure legal oversight of the company's operations and minimize risks. The role involves providing legal expertise in contracts, reviewing business models, supporting purchase processes, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will also improve templates and develop new contracts.
Requirements
- Ensure legal oversight of the company's and its group's operations and conducting a legal expertise in contracts.
- Provide legal support for affiliate companies and related persons.
- Legal support for purchase processes and operations (TCK - keyterms & conditions, contracts, etc.).
- Legal guidance for departmental structures and compliance with employees and corporate documents.
- Summarizing legal risks and initiating process changes.
- Providing guidance on contract content and application.
- Ensuring compliance with employee and department requirements.
- Improving existing templates and developing new templates.
- Participating in working groups and negotiations on contracts.
- Providing legal guidance on the application of legal norms.
